I have been inspired by one of our friend's toddler. She is so SMART! She is not even two and she can spell words like "rocket." She learns from playing with educational toys and letters and watching educational tv programs. I would like Ethan to watch things like this... instead of all of my favorites (Bravo, TLC, HGTV.)
When she came to visit "WordWorld" was her favorite and I really enjoyed it as well. I am one of the 3 billion people that google every day... so I googled best educational tv programs for children and this is what I found.

I am not even sure if all of these are still on the air, but most of them are of course PBS/ETV programs. I guess we will be watching a lot of ETV for the next 10 years! What are your favorites??? Which ones do you enjoy with your children?
